Sales Executive Vet - Auckland South – NZ022

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a talented individual to be our Sales Executive in the Veterinary channel in the Auckland South region.

Purpose of the Role
The role involves the account management of existing and potential veterinarian practices in the territory. A strong emphasis is placed on technical expertise as you will provide advice, education, and technical support to veterinary customers on product selection.

Duties
We need you with your ability to develop relationships and utilise your excellent training skills to educate key veterinary staff members on nutrition and the Royal Canin product range.

Required Qualifications/Experience
We are looking for a high potential with experience in a Sales, preferably with Veterinary industry background, and a passion for pets.

Rural & Farm Sales Representative - Lower South Island – NZ021

SUMMARY:
We want to continue to drive our products into the rural sector, and we're looking for people who get that farmers aren't city folk, and they care most about what's good for their pets.

Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the South Island Field Sales Manager, this role will be leading the charge into the rural market. You will make direct, personal sales calls and meetings with vets and farmers and attend selected rural events and shows. The location of where this role is based is flexible, from Oamaru South downwards.

Duties

  • Monitoring the financial performance and revenue profit targets of the Farm and Rural customer base with the aid of full financial data
  • Identify and develop additional new business opportunities in order to further increase distribution of Royal Canin product ranges primarily to the farming and rural sectors
  • A cycle of service calls to suitable to meet the needs of customers, and promote the Energy / Endurance 4800 diet as well as other appropriate diets for select applications
  • Providing advice on nutrition for the Working Dog, using unique product attributes which will ensure the customer adopts our products as their first choice
  • Providing assistance with documentation and technical support, to further enforce our product solutions and offerings
  • Identify customer needs for product training. Conduct or participate in training programs to maximize the customer's product knowledge and skills in dealing with and selling our products
  • Develop relationships with industry bodies where necessary such as cadet colleges and other industry relevant and educational facilities

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years within a similar role – ideally territory sales
  • Confidence and resilience in selling to the farming/rural sector
  • Ability to demonstrate an existing network of relationships within the farm and rural sector as well as, ideally, related Vet Clinics in these regions
  • Understanding of working dogs/nutrition is advantageous
  • Proven track record of success in the above

Relationship and Territory Manager – NZ020

SUMMARY:
Due to our growing business, we are looking for a New Zealand Pro Relationship and Territory Manager to join our busy team in this newly created role.

Purpose of the Role
We look after professional users of our brands (Royal Canin and Eukanuba) including government agencies (Police, Customs, Defence forces), breeders, boarding facilities and rescue groups.

Duties
Reporting into the Pacific Pro Business Manager, you will work closely with the marketing teams within our business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and developing relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies.
  • Working with our sales and marketing team to maintain and build our boarding kennel and cattery business. 
  • Organising and attending sponsorship events and ensuring that our strategy has been implemented.
  • Working with clubs and organisations to ensure that we maximise the opportunity to create brand awareness and recruit at shows.
  • Building relationships with Breeders at sponsored shows as well as recruitment of breeders.
  • This role is focused on building relationships with our Pro customers who are key recommenders for our brand as well as looking for opportunities to grow our business in this area.

SUMMARY:

We are looking for another outstanding team player to join our team in the role of Rural & Farm Sales Representatives.

Purpose of the Role

Are you one of our future Rural & Farm Sales Representatives who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with their customers and the veterinarians that they order through? Can you cultivate new opportunities, provide technical advice and recommend products?

Duties

There’ll be hard work, and lots of time on the road, but if you’re driven by success and looking for a role where your performance is rewarded, then this could be just what you are looking for.
We have a great team of existing Sales Representatives, and you will benefit from their knowledge and support, but your role will be leading the charge into the rural market. You will make direct, personal sales calls and meetings with vets and farmers, and attend selected rural events and shows.
